Nov. ’22 update – an online cookery course to learn the Heathen Vegan Method is in development to be launched for Veganuary ’23. There is a Facebook Focus group that you can join to help us get this right; I’d really appreciate and value your help. More info about how to get involved here.
Sept. ’22 update – Heathen Vegan popped up in Kendal in September and cooked new dishes inspired by campervan travels in Croatia and France.
Summer ’21 update – Heathen Vegan managed the catering for Ourea Events Ltd’s summer events including Berghaus Cape Wrath Ultra, Silva Great Lakeland 3 Day, Montane Dragon’s Back Race and Saloman Scottish Skyline.
COVID – the home delivery service kept Heathen Vegan food out and about during those challenging months. During that time, I was asked to be on the Vegan Life podcast.
2018-2020 – The Supper Club was born. What was going to be a single event became a twice weekly thing for a year. The quirky home-based restaurant served creative higher-end vegan three-course set menus. Private events were catered for, and let’s not forget weekly Thali meals at The New Union and The Brewery Arts Centre, Kendal.
