Malaysian curry – a wonderful fragrant broth-like sauce made with coconut milk infused with lemongrass and fresh ginger, finished with lemon zest and fresh coriander. British-grown yellow peas from Hodmedods and potato makes for a highly nutritious and balanced bowl. This is curry that doesn’t seem like it’s curry, you know, you don’t feel all curried up. We use our own freshly made curry powder and often have this for lunch as a soup. Sent with rice.
Freezable: no, we can’t guarantee the potatoes will be right after a freeze/defrost. Leftovers will keep a few days though. Just make sure to heat up thoroughly until piping hot all the way through.
