‘Thanks Julia. The dinner table was very quiet last night apart from “wow!” … “amazing!” … “that’s wonderful.” The Moroccan-inspired slow-cooked tagine was a real hit. Nathan, by email 26 Sept 2020
Serving two people with generous portions, this is our Moroccan-Inspired Slow-Cooked Tagine. A super rich, dark and spice-infused tagine with red onions, British Carlin Peas from Hodmedods, dates, apricots, lemon zest and butternut squash, topped with mint. Sent with buttered herby cous-cous.
Serves: 2 generous portions
Allergens: gluten in the cous cous, no allergens in the tagine
