Rigatoni in a Zesty Wow Basil Sauce. The basil sauce is zesty and light with richness coming from cashew cream, and we added sun-dried tomatoes, lightly-cooked broccoli & mushrooms, with lemon wedges to squeeze over. This is a good clean energy boost. Sent with homemade garlic bread.

Reheating instructions: for the pasta, decant into suitable cookware and reheat in the microwave or on the hob, stirring, until piping hot all the way through. You might want to loosen it up with your favourite plant milk. For the garlic bread, pop it on a preheated baking sheet into a 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. It needs to be wrapped in foil.
