Serving two generous portions, this is our Smokey Blues Chilli. This is not just your run-of-the-mill chilli. It was inspired by Hodmedod’s Blue Peas which sit happily in a rich slow-cooked smokey sauce made with tomatoes, onions and garlic, spiced with paprika and chilli. We’ve added British-grown fresh-cooked Blue Peas, Carlin Peas and Green Lentils (all from Hodmedod’s) along with our house spice mix. Enjoy a gorgeous chilli meal topped with fresh corn salsa and coriander, served with rice and garlic bread.
