Spinach & White Bean Curry. We’ve created a curry with a tomato sauce spiced with cumin and coriander, and plenty of ginger. It’s mild, light, fragrant and fresh. A curry you could eat for lunch. We add raw spinach right at the end to wilt en-route to you. Sent with steamed basmati rice.
Freezable: in an airtight container, the curry will keep fine in the freezer for 6 months
Reheating instructions: defrost thoroughly and decant into suitable cookware. Reheat reheat in the microwave or on the hob, stirring, until piping hot all the way through.
