This dish is a firm favourite on the Heathen Vegan Gourmet menu and has always been our top seller. It was inspired by travels in Vietnam some years ago, especially the great day out with the Dalat Easy Riders.
It’s a firm favourite for tofu afficionados and tofu-newbies alike because it’s got such a tasty umami sticky caramelised sauce… pan-fried tofu with green beans, pepper, broccoli and red onion petals. Just squeeze your lime wedges over and tuck into a big wollop of protein topped with coriander and spring onions.
Basmati is good with this.
